Desired Candidate Profile :

• BCA & B.Sc. candidates who have graduated in year 2012 (with specialization in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics) with some exposure/knowledge in the following:
• Basic C or C++ knowledge
• Ideal Candidates should have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Only 2012 BCA & B.Sc.(Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics) graduates are eligible to apply.
• Selected candidates must be willing to sign Service Agreement for two years as per the company policy.
• Candidates should be willing to work in any shifts on rotation including night shift.

Job Description :

• Analyze product information – product log files and over WebEx
• Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround
• Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from reoccurrence
• Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues.
• Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation
