Primary Skills:
- Person should have strong working experience of Core Java /J2EE.
- Hands on experience on spring
- Person should have strong hands on experience on Database
- Hands-on experience using Eclipse or Eclipse-based development tools.
- Knowledge or Apache Web Server, Hibernate, JSF, or MySQL is a big plus..
Secondary Skills:
- Web Services, SOAP and UDDI
- Apache, Oracle, Websphere
- Tools like JProbe, Junit, TOAD, Ant, Jtest
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of IT and business partners
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to balance requirements, manage expectations, and drive effective results
- Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues and risks
- Understand and promote the value of project processes and ensure high degree of process compliance
