Job Description:
Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate and participate in review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned MasterCard developed systems.
2. Review project test and implementation schedules. Monitor, document, and report the current status of projects.
3. Participate in review of project deliverables.
4. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and data for project testing.
5. Perform automated and manual testing and validate results to confirm adherence and conformance to installation standards and methodologies. Review user manuals for accuracy.
6. Document problems and monitor resolutions.
7. Retain documentation necessary to plan for future assigned testing.
8. Adhere to and enforce consistent company and department testing standards and procedures.
9. Ability to coordinate and interact across multiple departments.
10. Identify and document process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
1. BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
2. Applies thorough technical knowledge of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques usually acquired through one to three years of experience.
Skills:
1. Requires adaptability to change with short notice.
2. Ability to work in a team environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Direct supervision, requires some guidance on more complex projects”
