Understanding the client: Understand client company profile, client requirements and job descriptions
Candidate Souring: Source relevant profiles from India and abroad based on the clients requirement through different channels – networking, referencing, headhunting, organization mapping.
Candidate Screening: Assess/screen candidates for various client requirements as per the parameters defined by the client.
Desired Profile:
B.E./ B.Tech. plus full time MBA
Must have scored 75% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering.
Excellent academic record
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
