Job Description :
- Interact with customers and Sales Engineers to gather required information for the requested device support.
- Develop the XML based device support file and test against a simulated version of the device.
- Work with Quality Assurance team on the validation process.
- Work with customer or Sales Engineer to ensure the live device matches up with the simulated experience.
Candidate Profile :
- Candidates from B.E/B.Tech technical degree from any recognized university
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems & programming with XML
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TPC/IP, SNMP, Modbus
- Experience running script files and network tools
