Job Description :

1. Provides administrative support and assistance to Managers, Paralegal and Secretary
2. Assists in retrieval and transmission of files, records, data and documents for urgent work processing needs.
3. Follows up on and completes day to day office matters, issues, requests.
4. Assists with Document Control – monitoring, recording and filing of documents under department’s custody.
5. Assists with invoice records – checking, processing, recording, filing.
6. Assists with IT requests – follow ups and filing.
7. Assists in travel arrangements, logistics and travel visas for department team as and when necessary.

Candidate Profile :

1. Minimum high school diploma required.
2. 0-1 years experience in a similar role.
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Must possess analytical thinking.
