JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description

Design and develop technical reporting solutions utilizing the approved reporting tools (i.e. ServiceNow reporting module, Crystal reports, Microsoft BI suite, Excel, TSQL, etc…)
Provide daily/weekly/monthly operational performance information in a timely, accurate, and secure manner with data integrity
Assist with the creation of dashboards and reports within the self-service portals
Interface directly with the business to help determine their reporting needs based on the contractual requirements
Help to administer the various reporting solutions owned or managed by SBI
Provide on-call support as needed for Incident resolution in a 24 X 7 reporting production environment
Promote the SBI portfolio of products and services
