Title: Software Test Engineer (Load Runner)
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Viola Services India Private Ltd., Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032
Department: Product Engineering

Scope: Responsible for performance testing across iOS, Android and Windows platforms using Load Runner, Jmeter and other Open Source technologies

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Create test plans based on the requirements, write test scenarios, test cases and test scripts based on requirement specifications
Functional and non-functional testing of native and hybrid mobile applications
Defect Management, Defect reporting, tracking and verification, using various testing tools
Execute test cases, analyse and provide detailed test reports as well as detailed test results analysis.
Participate actively in functional, system, stress and regression testing activities
Master in QA processes, testing methodologies and mobile testing
Work closely with the development team to analyse, debug and resolve any issues
Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, code and documentation reviews.
Executing web and mobile browser compatibility testing
Manual and Black Box Testing for web applications and mobile applications
Other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager

Skills:

Hands on experience in Load Runner and Jmeter in PHP environment (Versions:7 is desired). Negotiable for deserving candidate
Expertise in building test automation frame works
Expertise in Automation tools like Jmeter, Grinder, and Load runner.
Uses coding methods in Java programming languages to initiate or enhance performance execution and functionality
Should have strong experience in Java and XML technologies with special emphasis on Automation Testing and programming.
Knowledge in Web services and report management tools.
Should have good hands on experience in Testing framework, continuous integration tools like Hudson, bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, and IBM Clear Quest.
Exposure to Agile Software Methodologies
