Job Description:

* Candidate should BE/B Tech from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 70% through out academics.

* Should possess Oracle Certification Professional(OCP)

* Must have good communication skills

* Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable

* Must be willing to work in 24/7 shift

* Fresher or up to 1 year of work experience in Client Management / Customer Service

* Must report to Production Manager/ Client Manager

* Must be flexible to work during day, night and weekend shifts based on business need

* Should have knowledge on 11g, 12c and 10g database creations and software binaries installations in Unix (Linux)

* Should have closing tickets on time

* Must be configuring and Monitoring database backup and performing backup validations

* Zero repeat issue

* Must have knowledge on performance tuning of database

* 98% of problems should be tracked and closed within SLA

* Should assist/Support the development and end users team

* Must have knowledge on shell scripting.
