Responsible for writing e-mails to internal and external people
Will be involved in validating the files submitted as per the process defined
Will be involved in processing the files through application specific to the industry
Tracking / Checking the essential details of an article sent from the editorial office using PTS application
Providing the verified manuscripts/ article to operations team to initiate the production process
Tracking the email sent by the customer on missing files or additional information if any
Responding to customers email within the stipulated TAT (24hrs)
