Job Role System Analyst
JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognized university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should provide product, program and/or technical development, design, and marketing documentation support related to our suite of products/service offerings.
* Should output includes written or visual product/process/technical documentation, online information, graphic design, instructor-led and/or self-paced training in any media (including printed, audiovisual, and computer or Web-based).
* Must perform documentation which is designed for external clients and/or internal resources.
* Should have experience in software product documentation (user manuals, online help files, technical design documents, functional documents and release notes).
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have experience on MSTP / Chicago Manual of Style.
* Should get exposure to DDLC and SDLC.
* Should be a effective team player.
* Should have ability to work productively in a dynamic, dead-line driven environment.
* Should have working knowledge of MadCap Flare.
* Should be worked in Agile documentation environment.
* Must have working knowledge of any Content Management System (check-in/check-out).
