JOB Discribtion:
Duties and responsibilities :
– Understanding testing requirements & functional specifications
– Ability to think laterally and contribute to problem solving
– Well-developed analytical and investigative skills
– Performance analysis and optimization
Experiences :
– 2-3 years in field of Software Quality Assurance, manual and automated Testing, testing mobile applications
– Knowledge of automated test tools — QTP, Selenium RC, Selenium IDE, DejaClick,Watir with ruby, jmeter for load testing
– Preparation of Test plans and updated Bug Status Reports in Bugzilla
– Software Testing- Exposure to all stages of SDLC, STLC and Defect Tracking.
– Created test plans, decided testing strategies. Write test cases and test plans for client based application APIs and services.
– Involved in Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing.
– Written test cases for – unit level, functional and integration testing, Load testing
– Effective defect tracking and reporting to improve communications and reduce delay
– Experience in API testing, XML, Web Services, SOAP, REST.
