Cityland Provide Office Space, Training and Staffing support to ensure, all consultants gets projects and work to earn fairly in consultant model.
Cityland is Inviting applications from all All BE/B Tech/ ME/MTech/ Diploma/BCA/ MCA/ Msc (IT/CS)/MBA(IT/Sys) Passouts who are currenly unemployed and seeking job. they all can join cityland to build their career without further wait
Cityland will invest in Sales and Business Development, Office Infrastucture and also faciliate Staffing Support Services to all appointed IT/ Software Consultants
Cityland will put effort to train all the IT/Software consultants as per Client Project requirements and deploy them on Projects and Pay them hourly, weekly monthly basis on the hours worked in the project. No fixed Salary applicable for software consultants
Cityland will keep all Software consultants in their office 9AM- 6 PM – 6 days a week and provide practice projects and training and also help them to get billable projects, and pay as per billing from customer. Towards Training and Staffing Support per One Year,
Cityland offers three Consultant support plans with fee of 10,000, 75000 and 250,000/-
all Job seekers can choose any one of three support plans to join any where in the country..
Cityland pays Minimum 100 Rs per hour (17200/ pm) to 1000 (172000 PM) per hour billing rates to consultants based on skills and experience and project and client billing rates and location of client.
Cityland will not commit any fixed number of hours for billing, but ensures sincere effort will be put to train and place th consultants in Billable Projects
Cityland Provides internal projects for practice and there is no billing applicable on internal R&D and Innovation projects.
Position: Software Consultant ( Project Based Payment – Hourly Model) – No fixed Pay
Type of Job: Full time, contract works with office, training and project support.
Eligibility: All BE/B Tech/ ME/MTech/ Diploma/BCA/ MCA/ Msc (IT/CS)/MBA(IT/Sys) Passouts
Year Pass out: Any Year passout, any percentage
Job Selection Procedure: Interview, Offer Letter issue
Consultnat Support Fee : 3 Different Plans to choose starting 10,000/-, 75000/- 250,0000 ( Installment option available to pay), any one plan consultants can choose to join cityland technologies as consultant.
Skills Required : all Freshers/job seekers with out any skill can join
Salary: No fixed Salary, Only Project based Billing will be paid per hour basis. ( Rs 100 – Rs 1000 per Hour)
Office timings: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday ( Sunday off)- 48 hours work per week.
Office Location/ venue for Interview at Bangalore: ( Other locations – telephonic interview will be taken)
