JOB Discribtion:
Perform Knowledge transition from Development team on build and deployment process
Work with development to get the requirements of application build and deployment process
Perform smoke/sanity tests for the applications deployed and also troubleshoot the application for the issues that arise as part of the smoke test process.
. Coordinate with admin teams if case of issue (e.g. deployment, restart etc.)
. Update scripts for deployment or restart.
. Create plans for L1 Production teams production deployments through ARM jobs.
. Help L1 team to deploy code in performance and production environment.
. Coordinate with L1 team during major production releases.
. Create change & deployment requests.
. Check & validate properties in subversion and GIT.
. Proficient in Ant, Shell and Per Scripting. Should be familiar with Code Management Tools like Clearcase, SCM Process regarding Build, Release and Source Code Management.
