Role and Responsibilities

 Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; collecting and verifying information

 Determine eligibility by comparing customer information to client requirements

 Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

 Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines set by the client

 Accomplish targets and organization mission by completing related results

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 Fresh Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can

also apply)

 Good fundamental knowledge of English with excellent listening and understanding skills are required.

Fluency in English is not mandatory

 Demonstrated proficiency in typing and working knowledge of computer software

 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

 Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Position requires use of headset / microphone

 Multi-tasking

 Must be willing to work in the Night Shift

 Willingness to join immediately or at a short notice.
