Job Description:

• Gather, Analyze and document the needs of the project
• Independently execute technical implementation tasks viz. pre-requisites planning, software installation and configuration, development of interfaces, client specific customization and test planning.
• Work with the customer to ensure satisfaction through resolution of technical issues
• Work in the product development team to build / enhance the next generation Learning Management System Solutions for our customers.
• Deliver work in a structured manner using OOAD methodologies and provide technical insights to the team in the area of your expertise.
• Designing, coding & testing of Modules and components assigned.
• Documentation of work performed.
• All Candidates will be observed by the parent company in US after 2 years of service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain installation, configuration, online help for customers.
• Quickly learn the organization product and its business domain by hands on experience.
• Complete writing assignments as per set standards in terms of clarity, language, formatting and style.
• Review published materials and recommend revisions to other team members.
• Select photographs , images and diagrams to depict illustrate technical ideas in a user friendly manner.
• Assist in laying out material for publication.
• Recommend improvements in the current methods and processes and documentation styles
• Ability to take the organization current documentation standards to the next level and in level with the industry, on a continuous ongoing basis.

Desired Skill Set:

• Skilled in copy-editing and writing user guides in a technical discipline
• Graphic design and layout experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language and demonstrated editing skills.
• High proficiency in computer skills, particularly with programs such as Robohelp (must), MS Windows, Word (must), Excel, and Power Point.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience: 0 to 2 Years.
