* Should have bundle creation knowledge(OSGi, API, Web Services).
* Must have knowledge of Component and Template creation from scratch.
* Must be able to prepare Component Dialogs.
* Should be able to develop desktop/Mobile sites from scratch.
* Sites are fully editable (What you see is what you get).
* Must have knowledge of content Packages and Code Release Management.
* Should have good communication skills.
* Should have good analytical and reasoning skills.
* Should have good problem solving skills.
* Should have good inter personnel skills.
