* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Must have knowledge of fundamentals of Networking.
* Should have understanding of basic network models OSI , TCP, VLAN, Subnet.
* Must have knowledge of Linux , windows server.
* Must be added advantage Any networking(CCNA)/windows/Linux course or certification will be an added advantage.
* Should have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Operating System Monitoring.
* Must have knowledge of soft Skills should have good interaction and interpersonal skills.
* Must have requisites a good team player and active participation.
* Must have good knowledge in Software -Programming,VB,.NET,JAVA is an added advantage.
* Must have lateral thinking and problem solving skills.
* Must be flexible on working hours (24*7).
* Should have hands on and ability to come up with innovative solutions.
* Must have customer servicing bent of mind.
* Must be sound in adept in communication.
* Should be ability to quickly learn and adapt solutions to client requirements.
* Must be willing to learn, take ownership and quick to adapt.
