Job Requirements:
Respond to queries from callers; understanding users query and provide technical support and assistance; remotely assist all employees or staff with technology problems. Answer staff questions in person or remotely on all company supported applications.
Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures while opening, tracking and closure of problem resolution or status update. Ensuring timely resolutions & clear communication whether written or verbal is accurate, professional, clear and concise.
Adhere to the security and compliance standards. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Allocate complex calls to appropriate IT Support member. Escalate issues using standard escalation matrix to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.

Flexible to work in 24*7 IT Support role
Candidates should have excellent communication & English Speaking skill
