Reliance Communications Ltd. (RCOM) is an Indian Internet access and telecommunications company headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India. It provides GSM (Voice, 2G, 3G, 4G) mobile services, fixed line broadband and voice services, DTH depending upon the areas of operation. Reliance Communications is the fourth largest telecom operator in India with 109.90 million subscribers as of June 2015. Reliance Communication IT Support is provided by Reliance Tech Services and Telecom network is maintained and operated by Ericsson, transmission towers are maintained by its subsidiary Reliance Infratel. Job description
Openings in Day Shifts or Night Shifts
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Candidate must have 0 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).
Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry should not apply.
Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day or Night shifts.
Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree can also apply.
Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
