JOB Discribtion:
We are hiring 20 software developers , all of them has to go through 3 months of training. Please note that training is non-paid.
Interview/Selection process will be following:
1) HR Round: Basic communication skills will be judged
2) Technical Round: Well ask you to write code in your favorite programming language or to design something.
Training:
All candidate will go through 3 months training. The training process will be following:
Step 1) After your selection, you will ask you to choose profile from A) Designer B) UI Developer (HTML Coder) C) PHP Developer D) Android E) iOS (Swift)
Step 2) We will give some basic video tutorials to learn basics of the technologies. Please do not expect somebody is going to give you classes.
Step 3) We will give you some initial dummy projects & help you to learn
Step 4) Live projects to test your skill
Training Fee: None
Training Duration & Timing: 3 Months (non-negotiable) & its a full time training from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Contract: Please note that we have 1 year bond which will start after the training & if you were not able to complete the training, we may discontinue.
Salary after training: Minimum salary package will 1.44 Lacs per annum & can vary based on your performance up to 3 Lacs.
Working Days – 6 Days a week (Last Saturday of every month is off)
