Job Description :

Application support in terms of business research and background information which is needed by end users\Business and meeting the support SLAs as agreed with end users\Business,
Monitoring the application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.
Using support tools and escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
Documents all the changes and enhancements. Responsible for Training and mentoring the team.

Candidate Profile :

The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech or MCA in IT systems from any recognized university.
Candidates should have 0-2 yrs Exp in Supply Chain domain or Procurement functions
Candidates should have basic Knowledge of ERP Systems, SAP Business Objects is desirable
Candidates shave excellent communication skills
Very Good Analytical abilities
