1. Participate in regular conference calls with onsite and customer team
2. Understand business needs to develop software requirements
3. Elicit requirements from onsite team and customer team
4. Develop iterative prototypes based on requirements

1. BE/BTech/ME/MTech(CS/IT) / MCA from 2015 batch
2. Good academics(60% throughout)
3. Good pH score
