> Negotiating salary/ pay rate with consultants/ employer and responsible for taking agreements from vendors such as RTR from consultant.
> Screen resumes of the consultants and getting the details of consultants.
> Prepare the candidates with client interview process.
> Coordinating Interviews.
> Post interview follow ups and helping the candidate with on-boarding process
