Job Description:
Responsibilities :
To ensure delivery of Stellar Service through
1. Developing knowledge and clarity of product feature working collaboratively with Development teams, User requirements Specialists, Business Analysts and Clients.
2. Working with development partners and Product Managers to ensure new application functionality delivers client value
3. Identifying and implementing service and process improvements
4. Adhere to existing QA processes
Candidate Profile:
Responsibilities :
1. A bachelor’s degree with specialized training in testing methodologies and/or certification
2. Shall have relevant work experience with at least 4 years of solid end-to-end functional and performance testing.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Experience in Browser compatibility and Localization testing
5. Strong ability to write well-structured test plans, test scenarios and test cases
6. Knowledge of Web based concepts and basic SQL commands is required
7. Solid analytical and research skills
8. Automation skill set is an added advantage
9. Domain knowledge and experience in testing a HR software application is an advantage
10. Experience in using the following tools:
10.1. Defect tracking tool for logging and managing defects
10.2. Test management tool
11. Good Knowledge in STLC and QA processes. Ability to work in Agile methodology
