Job Description:
1. Must be comfortable in 24×7 support model.
2. Candidate needs to perform an onsite coordinator role and required to attend meetings/status call in off business hours of US.
3. Person should be flexible to work in All Shifts (Morning, Evening and Night)
4. To work on L2/L3 Production Support and Maintenance of MS4 Healthcare Application (AS400 based HIS).
5. To work on L2/L3 Production Support and Maintenance of Initiate Application (Java based EMPI)
6. Communicate with users for Incident clarification/resolution.
7. Coordinate with Onshore team for Requirement clarification for Enhancements
8. Documenting the Requirements/Technical Design, Coding and Unit Testing
9. Lead and assist team members in technical and functional aspects of Project.
10. Manage and track Shift Roster, Incident Tracker and Assignment tracker.h
11. Help in collation of Metrics data and weekly status report.
Candidate Profile:
1. Strong knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, APIs.
2. Strong knowledge of DB2/400
3. Sound knowledge of the concept of triggers, logical files, IFS, Data Areas and Data Queues.
4. Basic knowledge of Java APIs, environment variables, clusters, Tomcat configurations.
5. Experience on Production Support & Knowledge of ITIL Concepts
6. Basic Knowledge SFTP, native FTP
7. Good Communication Skill & Confidence level.
8. Person should be flexible to work in Shifts in 24×7 support model.
9. Strong Analytical Skills
