Job Description:
1. Responsible for the Oracle Database administration support
2. Co-ordinates with customers / other teams / vendors in issues resolution
3. Installation, configuration and decommission of Oracle DBs on various platforms.
4. Basic performance tuning skills
5. Adherence to Database Security
6. Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Monitoring tools
7. Process adherence, process improvements and knowledge management
8. Handle Global database projects
9. Incidents/Tickets queue management and adhering Service Level Agreements
10. Provide Oncall support
