Job Description:
1. Provide Facility & Asset Managers with Expense Management Reports to view/analyze costs
2. Ensure all standard monthly close and reporting processes are complete including:
3. Provide monthly Outlook/Plan Uploads for Depreciation, Rent, Escalation Lines, Sublet Income, Discretionary Spend, Headcount and Salaries.
4. Performing Occupancy Allocation and Workforce Allocation
5. Reconcile headcount movements and full-year outlook
6. Compile and upload outlook into Essbase (system of record)
7. Highlight any risks and opportunities contained in and in addition to the outlook
8. Track productivity achieved and reconcile future actions with outlook
9. Budgeting on an annual basis, ensuring agreed positions are uploaded on behalf of the business with related analysis available for reporting purposes, in a timely fashion.
10. Extraction and mining of data reports from various source systems

Qualifications :
1. Financial / accounting experience
2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
3. Ability to clearly communicate and present financial data
4. Must be detail-oriented and manage the details but can also summarize data at high levels
5. Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables
