Job Description :
Responsibilities:
1. Act as SPOC (single point of contact).
2. Providing 1st Line technical Support, answering support queries via Phone, E-mails, online chat, or in person.
3. Track, monitor and report all the helpdesk incidents within the defined customer Service Level Agreement.
4. Log customer issues into ticket handling management system (ITSM system) according to procedures to ensure adequate and high quality data-logging.
5. Solve incidents and service request.
6. Monitoring customer issues in ticket handling management system.
7. To log and prioritize system and user support calls for 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
8. Communicate to customer about progress on a regular basis.
9. Writing Progress and Statistical reports for reporting manager.
10. Proactively search for knowledge to be familiar with support-scope on supporting sites.
