Requirements :
1. Technical degree and/or MBA background and typically previous track record of >4 years of professional experience in areas related to business analysis in oil and gas industry focusing on downstream aspects of the oil & gas business.
2. Market research or market intelligence knowledge/experience is an advantage.
3. Experience in management consulting is an advantage- specifically structured problem solving, constructive challenge/probing
4. Individual should be able to engage and drive forward work activities across full scope of current or planned projects but not necessarily as an expert in all areas.
5. Ability to work in a consulting environment on projects with varying complexity and at times high ambiguity
6. Mature attitude coupled with effective interpersonal skills and communication & listening skills
7. Affinity to people and the ability to work in ever evolving teams as well as through others. Must demonstrate 8. Enterprise first values and behaviours
8. Good relationship skills are key as regular interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, at varying levels of seniority
9. Strong analytical and data syntheses/insights abilities, with perceptive clear thinking, especially at macro level in the areas of economic, technical, financial and/or commercial data
10. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing in English
