Job Description:
Sr PHP/PHP Developer :
Key Skills :
1. Web Application development in PHP5.
2. Familiarity with Joomla or any other CMS based frameworks
3. Programming with Scripting Language(s) and web based technologies.
4. Database design and optimization.
5. OOP model development concepts.
6. Ability to handle project individually.
7. must have well experienced in using JOOMLA both in end user side and the admin side
8. above average in HTML Dreamweaver
9. well experienced and highly motivated
10. Good knowledge & hands on experience of Joomla 1.5 & Joomla Component Development.
11. Good exposure to LAMP framework (Linux, Apache, MYSQL5, PHP5).
12. Well-versed with OOPS concept.
13. Should have strong RDBMS concepts.
14. Good knowledge on AJAX & XML.
15. Should be well-versed with complete SDLC.
Java Developer:
1. Good Java/J2EE technology skills with strong background to OOPS principles.
2. Knowledge Web technologies like JS, Ajax, JavaScript, Tomcat server etc
3. Knowledge Spring, Hibernate & Web services(Knowledge of RESTful web services).
4. Knowledge design patter and low level design or implement given module independently
5. Good software programming practices
6. Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
7. Knowledge of SQL and JDBC
8. Working knowledge of Ant / Maven
9. Working knowledge of Unix / Linux / windows.
Candidate Profile:
Requirements :
1. Must have sound knowledge in PHP5, MYSQL5.
2. Must have an EXPERT skill in Joomla for customization, modification, module creation, component creation and modification.
3. Good knowledge in CSS, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML
4. Template Creation & modification.
5. Very clear understanding in “RDBMS” and / or Database Architecture.
6. Must have a good understanding of browser compatibility issues.
7. Must be able to meet deadlines.
8. Fluency in written and spoken English having good communication skill.
9. Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player.
