Accountabilities :
1. Understanding the business requirement and able to design, develop and deliver according to the required scope.
2. Able to drive the projects independently with minimum supervision.
3. Able to solve client’s queries independently.
4. Data extraction from various tools.
5. Managing changes to databases.
6. Report Preparation.
7. Validation of reports.
8. Process improvement ideas.
Candidate Profile:
1. Customer oriented mind-set
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
3. Excellent inter-personal skills
4. Ability to multi-task and effectively allocate tasks to the team
5. Excellent Analytical skills with good numerical ability
6. Ability to build effective relationships across different language/cultural and organizational styles.
7. Ability to work with a diverse virtual team
Key Skills:
1. Good functional and systems knowledge
2. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
3. Good oral & written communication skill
