Job Description:
Accountabilities :
1. On time delivery of Tariff Audits and Optimisations
2. Delivery of guaranteed saving levels (TEMs audit have agreed to target)
3. Enhancement of customer deliverables
4. Tariff Audit capability developed within Vodafone Telecom Management
5. Roll out standard presentation for all optimisation
6. Migration of Audit & Optimisation from onshore team
7. Perform day-to-day work on Remedy ticketing tool for the resolution of raw data error, new report access, vendors 8. Invoices request etc.

1. Advance MS-Excel, MS-Access, Excellent data interpretation skills
Secondary Skills:
1. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, Communicate effectively both verbal and in written, Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. Customer focus and high commitment levels, Team player with positive attitude
