JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Must have understanding of issues and simulating the scenarios on the local environments.
* Should be handling and maintaining good relationship with the customers.
* Must be providing complete analysis details to Development team.
* Should be ready to work in Shifts and Travel.
* Must participating in solution approach, test plan and code reviews
* Should be learning and mastering new modules
* Must perform escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion
* Should be adhering to Misys Policies and Procedures
* Should have maintenance of environments (Rigs) and ensuring that the same is up and running all the time.
* Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Should have good written, verbal and telephonic communication skills
* Must have ability to shape ideas and opinions through proper communications and networking with
* Must use key stakeholders using one’s knowledge and experience.
* Should be willing to work in Shift hours and on-site assignments.
* Must have self-motivator results driven and Team player
