Job Requirements:

* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

* Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Should have the ability to sift through large data, identify patterns and find issues.

* Should be able to communicate succinctly and effectively.

* Must learn respective business of their role.

* Should learn and execute the roles of selected business function.

* Should contribute first as a support player, then as an individual, to the business role.

* Must develop as an independent business analyst.

* Must have ability to substitute for the selected function on a medium / long term .

* Must learn respective business of their role.

* Should learn and execute the roles of selected business function.

* Must contribute first as a support player, then as an individual, to the team

* Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Should have experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, R etc. would be a plus.

* Must have fluency in scripting and programming in Perl /python/ C/C++/ Java would be a plus.
