Job Requirements:
Understanding the manpower requirement, posting job, sourcing and shortlisting of resume from database and different job portals i.e. Naukri and Monster. Scheduling & coordinating the interview as per the requirements.
Salary negotiation, employee verification and taking the approval for the selected candidates from the management.
Preparing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters for the new employees.
Joining formalities and maintaining proper documentation for new employees.
Having knowledge of Performance Appraisal methodologies and aware of different modern practices of appraisal.
Preparing the monthly MIS report i.e. Salary Impact, Attrition calendar, etc.
Coordinating the training and development sessions, identifying training needs. Scheduling training as per Training Calendar and preparing report
Preparing and maintaining all the required data for ISO Documentation (As a part of Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008).
Coordinating with the bank officials for opening of bank account for new employees and other relevant task.
Employee engagement and team building activities.
