Requirement:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
3 to 6 years of testing experience
Additional Skills:
Certification in software testing is an added advantage
Good written and verbal communication
Job Description – Manual Testing

Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Document test procedures to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.
Identify, analyze, and document problems with functionality, output, online screen, or content.

Job Description – Web Testing

Identify test scenarios for web site solutions produced by the team
Write test plans and perform functional, standards and cross-browser compliance testing
Ability to define test cases from functional requirements
Expert in cross browser/environment testing
Knowledge on Web Service, mobile applications and Website Tagging.
Experience in testing cross devices, testing IOS/Android.
Experience in Selenium is value added
