Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. The CCSO shall be responsible for redressal of the customer complaints which are escalated to him if the complaint of the customer remains unsolved through the Bank’s internal grievance redressal mechanism or if the customer is not satisfied with the redressal. The detailed procedural instructions for redressal of grivances by the CCSO will be informed at the time of joining the services of the Bank.

Eligibility: The CCSO shall be a retired banker, not less than the rank of a General Manager/Deputy General Manager in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, other than Vijaya Bank.

Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: Graduation with CAIIB.
