Candidates should have Good Verbal and written communication Skills

Should Have Knowledge of Networking (LAN)

Trouble shooting skill on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/2003 & Knowledge on hardware assembling

Experience in dismantling/assembling desktops

Knowledge of RAS Remote connectivity Tools

Installation & trouble shooting skill

Should have sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration

Should have experience in trouble Shooting of Mail Clients (MS outlook& outlook express, Lotus Notes),

Should have experience in MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients – (Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc.

People who are located in Bangalore or willing to reallocate to Bangalore should only apply.

Should be able to resolve network related issues (TCP/IP settings, Cable crimping, Switches).

Desktop Hardware knowledge, Windows XP /Vista/ win 7, idea on Structure cabling,outlook client installation, IP Phone connection, basic networking idea, etc
