– Process management ( Monitoring/Mentoring/managing)

– Clarify questions related to policies / procedures  and coordinating with business partners

– Review manage business letters related to employees.. ex reference checks , allowances, request for evidence, transfer related documentation etc. and providing required information

– Manage leave records , sick leave data/Documents etc

– Allowance processing and other benefits management and address any queries by employees

– Ensure compliance with Employee communication & Manage employee records (E-filing)

– Letter to employees, managing personal files,Payroll amendments, informing payroll department

– Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply

– Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth (All Full time)

– Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement of 2 years as per the company policy

– Candidates should not have any gaps in education .

Desired  Profile:

– Should have good exposure to MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

– Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English

– Typing speed of 25-35 WPM

– Minimum of 50% in Graduation, XIIth, Xth – All Regular

– Candidates should not have any gaps in education.

– Back Office Operations for BPO
