JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognized university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be able to provide functional support for EAI / B2B business critical applications , with best possible quality of service.
* Should have ability of solving Support incidents , maintaining delivery SLA’s and effective communication with trading partners , Users.
* Must have understanding user requirements, error troubleshooting , fixing their issues and Bug identification.
* Should have excellent written & oral Communication skills in English.
* Must have ability to work independently and within a team with a changing environment.
* Should have strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Should be willing to work on complete weekend shifts. (Comp Off will be provided on week days).
* Must be willing to work on early morning shifts and night shifts if required for the team.
* Should have positive attitude towards work
