JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognized university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be automating the identified reports preselected on priority.
* Must be identifying the automation possibilities in the delivered reports.
* Must be designing the reports from scratch by identifying the problem areas and delivering it as fully automated solution.
* Must be automating the reports with efficient coding so that production time remain low.
* Should be analysing, understanding and documenting the reports production processes in detail where required.
* Must be helping other team members on reports delivery in crisis of time.
* Must have expert programming knowledge (VBA, VB Script) and experience in automation using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).
* Should have knowledge of MS Access / SQL.
* Should be connecting other Data sources using VBA.
* Must be connecting SAP Application using VBA.
* Must have working experience on SAP HR (understanding of various infotypes, ad-hoc query, t-codes etc.).
* Should be ensuring the delivery of reports / dashboards etc.
* Must have ability to work with cross functional teams.
* Should have ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
* Must have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Must have cost Awareness.
* Should have social skills and awareness.
