JOB Discribtion:

* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

* Must be good with English Communication Skill.

* Fresher & experience can also apply (Experience in Technical support will be considered)

* Should have basic knowledge in ISP (Internet Service Provider)

* Must have knowledge on Internet troubleshooting skills.

* Should be comfortable working in Australian shift (24*7 Shift)

* Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware/Networking

* Must have customer-service oriented skills

* Should have neutral accent in communication skills.

* Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).

* Must have understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.

* Candidate should have technical knowledge.

* Must have networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.
