Job Requirements:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Must be responsible for developing online ad banners and HTML websites based on clients’ advertising briefs and instructions.
* Must perform online ad banners may include Flash animated ads and static and rich media ads.
* As a graphic designer should always work on improving their technical and design skills to enhance the quality of the product with more efficiency and productivity.
* Must have understanding of good instructions and checking the ad input material provided.
* Must be raising queries if instructions are unclear or incomplete.
* Should be analyzing the product standards, target audience and competitor activities.
* Should have best brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team and taking guidance.
* Must be completing work based on provided guidance and with no errors.
* Should be performing quality checks on own work before handing over to the validator.
* Should have knowledge of flash CS3, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator.
* Should have good knowledge of layout, color scheme and typography.
* Must have best animation skills (Expression/Proportion/Emphasis/timing).
* IAB standards for interactive online ads.
* Must have good interpersonal skills.
* Should be able to work under pressure.
* Must be able to communicate well.
* Should have additional knowledge of audio/video editing is preferred.
* Candidates must have knowledge of Fine Arts and Multimedia are preferred.
* Should have good analytical and reasoning skills.
