JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* The Application Management Services team should maintain and support technology solutions using well-defined sets of processes, policies, procedures, standards and templates – customized for every implementation.
* Must run and monitor SOP based batch jobs within client projects;
* Should capture and log issues that happen during regular operations run
* Must respond to minor end-user queries/clarifications and provide fixes as defined;
* Should escalate issues whenever required;
* Should document work, participate in client meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing;
* Must update the operational tracker.
* Must have ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines with reliability/dependability;
* Must have strong work ethic and personal initiative;
* Should have proven ability to work in a problem-solving environment;
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills;
* Should have ability to collaborate with internal, cross-office technology teams to implement technology solutions.
